Sabrina is a bookkeeping and business operations professional with more than a decade of hands‑on experience supporting startups and small businesses across construction, skilled trades, real estate, and real estate adjacent industries. Her background includes bookkeeping, payroll administration, job costing, benefits administration, HR operations, compensation analysis, data, and financial reporting. She has a comprehensive understanding of how financial systems and operational processes work together to support a healthy, scalable business.

As a compensation analyst, Sabrina saw firsthand how rapidly pay rates have grown in recent year, often faster than businesses can absorb. Rising labor costs can limit profits, restrict growth, and make it difficult for smaller companies to invest in the talent they need. That reality inspired her to create a model that gives small businesses access to subject‑matter expertise without the financial burden of hiring full‑time staff.

Sabrina holds a Master of Business Data Analytics and a Bachelors in Business Administration, and is currently completing her Master of Accounting on the path toward CPA licensure.
